Mr. Ramesh Ramu, (B. Com., FCA, ACS)

Mr. Ramesh Ramu at 51 is one of the renowned practitioners of Income Tax, Company Law, and Investment & Legal Consultancy in Pune. He was one of the youngest persons to become a Chartered Accountant in 1987.

He is the founder and senior partner of the firm. Mr. Ramesh Ramu secured ranks throughout his academic carrer in both CA and CS courses. Commencing his practice as a Chartered Accountant on 15th September 1987 he specializes in Legal Investment Decision and Policy Making, Tax Planning for Corporate Sectors and Financial Management. He is an expert on Company Law and specializes in purchase and takeover of companies and other corporate entities. He has a reasonable high profile clientele in India and some places in abroad.
